Please help us beautify our neighborhood by volunteering to Prep and Paint much-needed senior homes. September 7th - October 16th, 2021. The Parchester Village Neighborhood Council (PVNC) needs help to Paint, The Taint. We will remove the blight and revitalize some senior-owned homes by painting their exterior. Creating an atmosphere that residents can be proud of by promoting encouragement to maintain the beauty within Parchester Village; while assisting the elderly with a project they can not perform themselves and teaching us to work together. When: Starting September 7th - October 16th, from 8:00Am -12:00PM (First Shift) 1:00-5:00PM (2nd Shift) 12 people per day. Help Needed: We need help prepping and painting exterior homes. Provided: We will provide food, beverages, gloves, and all painting supplies. Language Interpreters. We are also seeking individuals who are able and willing to serve as language interpreters in the primary language of Spanish. Rebuilding our neighborhood as we generate an atmosphere that promotes our community as a great place to live. Working with elderly neighbors helps to improve our community and fosters an attitude of pride in their homeownership.
