Open sewing is drop in class for independent sewing Details: Price: $25 (paid on day of event: cash, check, or Venmo accepted) Location: 2005 Eye street suite 4 Bakersfield CA 93301 We are located inside of Mesh Cowork, just above Dagnys Coffee Shop When: Two sessions on all dates: 9am-12pm or 1pm- 4pm September 11th, 25th October 9th, 23rd Open Sewing Description: MASKS ARE REQUIRED. This is a drop-in basis class where each session is up to 3 hours. Students can come sew independently and use our machines, tools, and space to complete projects. Owners Amanda or Jocelyn will be in attendance to answer questions. The Studio is a creative space ran out of MESH cowork in downtown Bakersfield. The Studio offers both sewing and creative workshop for all ages. Instructors Amanda Shaffer and Jocelyn Dimaya teach both private and group sewing classes. The Studio brings in different makers to teach workshops every month such as woodworking, painting, calligraphy, and so much more.
