Join in on the fun for the whole family on the Kid's Halloween Costume Contest in Folsom. Kid's Halloween Costume Contest at Folsom's Outdoor Theater at 200 Wool Street. Free Medallions for all contestants. Five age groups with Outstanding Costume Trophy for each girl and boy in every age category. A panel of judges will be judging this event. A $1.00 Donation per contestant. Check in at 2:30pm for line up behind the Outdoor Theater in back. The Halloween Costume Parade starts at 3:00 PM with Awards at 3:30 PM.
