All Donations will be going to the Rhode Island Contingent of the Police Unity Tour who supports the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. The National Law Enforcement Memorial Fund honors fallen peace officers by permanently commemorating their services and sacrifices. "Carved on these walls are the stories of America, of its continuing quest to preserve both democracy & decency and to protect a national treasure that we call the American Dream." President George H.W. Bush (who dedicated the memorial upon its opening). Buy your tickets today, this event will sell out. 18+ Event The Police Unity Tour started in May of 1997 with just 18 riders on a four day fund-raising bicycle ride from NJ to Washington DC.  They raised $18,000 for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.  This May we are anticipating some 1800 riders from across the USA.   Police Officers from Rhode Island will be part of those 1800 riders and each participant must raise $2,000 in order to make the trek from NJ to DC.
