Join us on Saturday mornings for a refreshing flow class.These are designed to help you let go of stress & start your day feeling refreshed! In these classes we will learn breathing techniques(pranayama), foundational postures(asanas) and use shavasana and meditation to create a whole body experience for yogis of all levels.
