Moderate - rolling hilly grass and dirt trails
Nothing tricky here! Join a group of adults for a fitness walk in the park. We will begin at Theodore Wirth - Brownie Lake with a 45-60 minute hike. We will work distance and pace and explore the cities trails and parks system over the summer. The goal is building a community of walkers. Good shoes and comfortable clothing are all you need to build a community of WALKERS. We will meet up at 8:30 and roll out by 9:45 am Saturdays. The participants may schedule addtional times - 3 times a week is a great goal.
