101 Auto Body shop has an immediate opening for an Estimator/Assistant manager position. We are a family business that has been in the business for 27 years. We are a production shop that's very fast paced with large volume of DRP insurance jobs. Must have prior experience working in a body shop. Experience in different department within the body shop is a huge plus! Job Description / Qualificaitons: -Customer service / sales experience -Prepare estimates for customers / insurance companies -Work closely with and communicate work order with technicians -Order, organize, and return parts -Provide updates regarding vehicle status to customers and insurance companies -Finalize paperwork & file making sure all jobs are paid in full -Quality control before notifying customers of completion -Walk customer through repairs at time of pick up Prior experience: -2+ years experience -Comfortable with Mitchell and CCC estimating systems -Knowledge of working and negotiating with insurance companies -Knowledge of working as a DRP shop. Basic rules/regulations -Customer service & Sales -Punctual / Good attendance -Team player -Clear verbal and written skills -Valid Drivers License -Bilingual in ANY language is a plus 40/hrs a week plus opportunity of overtime.
