This is our monthly Bootcamp and this time with wil be hosted by none other than Cynthia Christman and she will have us DANCING our way through Zumba! This will be in support of keeping our Godly Temples healthy! So come on out and enjoy a calorie-torching, sassy and fun dance cardio class to kick off this amazing way to a healthy lifestyle! You will be glad you did! NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED! Just bring water and a towel along with your enthusiastic energy because we are going to have a GREAT time in fitness! I have been in the fitness industry for several years and have worked in the fitness department of the Air Force as well. I started competing in bodybuilding in 2014 and have won several shows, one of them being crowned a PRO Athlete at an all Natural Competition (NGA). I have a passion for fitness and empowering women of ALL ages to take back their confidence through health and fitness!!!
