Often leaders are looking for a wizard or some magical answer. There’s no need to search for Oz, because achieving success is an inside job. When we commit to getting the fundamentals right, we’ll have all we need to become self-aware and coachable, build stronger relationships, optimize creativity and problem-solving, continually adapt to changes — and fulfill our human responsibility to make a real difference in the lives of others. Breakout Activity: "Action Planning and Reminder Letter" — Attending trainings and conferences is fun, but the real magic happens when you take time out to reflect on what you’ve learned and create a plan on how to use it in your everyday work life to improve outcomes. Use these tools to reflect on what you learned today and put these learnings into action!
