Nearly finished home remodel seeking punch list construction contractor for final finishes. Jack of all trades types appreciated. Examples of Needs: -Install closet doors: sand, paint, install hardware, hang. -Install smoke detectors -Mount cabinet doors -Cut and install stair skirts and lights -Patch drywall hole and wall repair -Mount dishwasher - Frame in gas fireplace stacked quartz (seamless) -Install crown molding and trim -ETC… And other finishing touches. My last contractor ended up with health issues. Pictures or references of your work appreciated. I’m paying $30 an hour cash or Venmo. Would appreciate help Sunday afternoon or Monday.
