We deliver in an easy area with a short commute to and from the station, in newer trucks that are kept in great shape. Send me a message if you're with another group and are curious about trying something better. Our distribution center is located in Redmond and we are hiring for immediate positions. We're a close-knit group that works and plays together. Whether you're on the road helping your teammate or chatting over drinks at one of our barbeques, know that you'll be part of a group that has your best interests at heart. Our standard weekly salary compensation is $900-1500. In addition, we are currently offering a $1000 signing bonus to all drivers after 90 days of work, with an additional $300 referral bonus for each new driver you bring to us. There is a lot of room for growth within this company, and many of our top drivers are currently earning over $100,000/year. We strongly believe in promoting from within. Every single member of our management team has started on the ground floor as a driver, and we plan on keeping it that way. We have multiple levels of management from shift leads to regional directors and as a quickly growing company, new positions open up quite often. If management is not a career you're interested in, maybe you'd be successful as one of our driver/mechanics, swing drivers, or with a custom-tailored position to best suit your abilities. One way or another, we WILL find a path for you to grow with us. We're looking for candidates that can work well both in a team and on their own. Please note that this is a physically demanding position, requiring you to run and carry heavy boxes by yourself. Driving experience is required. PLEASE NOTE: Applicants who have driven their own vehicles for company use such as Uber, Lyft, pizza delivery, newspaper delivery, security drivers, or valet parking service all qualify! 1. Must be 21 years or older 2. Ability to pass a physical exam 3. Clear drug screen - including marijuana 4. Clear criminal background check Full-time and Part-time positions available Paid training will be provided that will cover: Delivery procedures, scanner operations, customer service skills, and driver safety training. Level 1 Pay & Benefits: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per week Six paid holidays off per year PTO that accrues daily $1000 signing bonus after 90 days of work $300 referral bonus, to be paid out only if both you and the referred candidate are still with us after 90 days of work.
