Need big tree trimming

I have a big tree my yard that's about 3 stories high, (See pictures) It has a some dead limbs that need to be cut out. I DO NOT WANT IT ALL CUT DOWN I am on disability and need a cheap price I only have a few hundred I can pay. I only need it cut to the ground, I can get it cut it up, cleaned up and haul away.
