SEEKING A HANDS ON, DEDICATED, FOCUSED AND RELIABLE JANITORIAL SUPERVISOR Position scheduled to start October 1, 2021. Facility Services company in a dynamic, growing and rewarding field seeks a motivated, hard working, detailed, reliable and organized Janitorial Supervisor for a VIP account. Position has advancement and additional earnings potential. Any handyman experience is a PLUS and provides additional earnings potential. We offer excellent growth and advancement potential for right candidate. Must be organized, detailed and quality driven. Bilingual in English AND Spanish is a MUST. MUST have valid driver's license and clean driving and background record. The Janitorial Supervisor will be responsible for: >Supervising the day to day operations of a VIP client account and employees. >Visiting employees at their job sites and ensuring proper work product. >Ensuring/taking the necessary supplies to employees at client locations. >Training and directing employees, ensuring compliance with work requirements. >Helping employees in completing tasks when needed. >Flexibility in hours, to supervise day and afternoon shifts to see all scheduled employees. >On-Call to respond to any needs needs. >Handling and assisting in projects as necessary. >Regular schedule is Mon-Fri. Must be able to have flexibility on some weekend days for supervision. >Will be On Call with company phone. >Some extra project work may be needed from time to time. >Opportunities for extra income through discretionary Performance Bonuses and projects. Candidates must: >Be 25 or over and able to legally work in the US. >Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. >Be able to pass a background and drug screen. >Be able to use computer for basic work and e-mail. >Must be able to use smartphone. >Ability to work flexible schedule of days and some afternoon shifts. >Some weekend work may be needed from time to time. >Any handyman experience is a Plus and offers more earnings potential.
