Need mobile auto mechanic

Hello, I need a mechanic that is willing to donate his time to diagnose a starting issue with my vehicle. It is a 1995 Chevy G30 cargo van. This vehicle is my residence I don't want to get the attention of PE who are relentless and have to live in a tent. During the pandemic it stopped starting it was intermittent at first but now just won't start. When it does start vehicle runs very well. Not sure why it wont start. If I could find someone who is able to diagnose this problem I will be able to fix it myself but I am unable to diagnose the issue. Thank you for your time, Tom
