Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 09/10/2021 5:34 AM 2021-2519, Accident with Injuries – On 9/9/21 at approximately 10:38 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a crash with injuries at Rt 31 & Light Rd in Oswego Township.  Tomas Estrada, a 21-year-old male from the 1000 block of Daniel Court in Lombard, suffered a minor injury and was seen by medics. 2021-2529, Warrant Service - On 9-10-21 at 12:16 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Harris Ave. in Millbrook and made contact with Heather Shindlebeck, a 38-year-old female from the 0-99 block of Harris Ave. in Millbrook that had five outstanding warrants. Two warrants were out of DeKalb County for Violation of an Order of Protection (no bond) with an additional warrant for failure to appear Possession of Cannabis (bond $10,000/10%). One warrant was out of Kendall County for failure to appear Driving While License Suspended (bond $2,000/10%).  One warrant was out of DuPage County for failure to appear Criminal Damage to Property (bond $10,000/10%). Schindlebeck was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail pending processing 2021-2529, Warrant Service 2021-2530, Curfew/Obstructing a Peace Officer: On 09/10/21 at 1:48 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-100 block of Hampton Rd in Oswego Township for a report of a runaway juvenile who was later located in the area.
