I have a dear little ol lady neighbor with a 1998 Plymouth where the radio "crackles" when it is turned on. She truly enjoys listening to the radio on her trips to and from the supper market. It might be something as simple as a loose connection or perhaps a new radio is needed. Was wondering if there is anyone with the expertise to determine the problem without incurring a large cost?
