Summary: Solar Company Solutions is seeking a solar Canvas Manager to lead the production and development of solar projects. We need an experienced leader that will train, motivate, and guide a team to dependable achievement of sales goals. The Canvas Manager role requires travel within the region. Responsibilities: Lead team in generating leads and appointments through door-to-door marketing Training and coaching your team Organizing and directing canvassing efforts to optimize results Maximize all leads and referrals Identify problems and create solutions Review lead production and devise individualized plans for success Track and evaluate canvassing team performance Develop a knowledge of the benefits of going solar Properly manage assigned territories to maximize lead production Educate homeowners on local, renewable solar energy solutions Identify pre-qualified prospects and schedule in-home consultations Determine customer needs and how we can deliver quality service Qualifications: Knowledge of solar industry in residential (preferred) Prior managerial background and ability to coach a team Flexible schedule - ability to work nights & weekends Exceptional communicator and relationship builder Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor Confident, creative, and goal oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment Goal oriented and self-motivated Willingness to be mentored, and eager to learn Ability to operate account management software, tools, and apps Ability to run weekly meetings and inspire and motivate your team Benefits: Highest pay in the industry Weekly pay Cash incentives and bonus opportunities No ceiling on the amount you can earn Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Phoenix, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations Work Remotely: No 30+ days ago If you require alternative methods of application or screening, you must approach the employer directly to request this as Indeed is not responsible for the employer's application process.
