DETROIT — A gunman who barricaded himself in a Southwest Detroit duplex after firing multiple shots surrendered to Detroit Police on Friday afternoon, WWJ reported. According to WWJ, the suspect is 30-35 years-old and locked himself in the attic after firing about five shots from the upstairs unit of the duplex on Green Street near I-75, while a family with three small children was asleep in the downstairs unit Thursday night.
