Lost teacup yorkie in San Clemente

My teacup yorkie has gone missing in the el Encanto community of forester ranch in San Clemente late at night on 09/08. If anyone finds him please contact me. He is 13 years old, black and brown fur, no teeth and he is deaf. He is only about 2.5 lbs and very fragile. His name is monster and he does not have any tags on him. I am devastated as he is like my child… any information would be greatly appreciated and there is a reward for his return. UPDATE- I found video footage of him wandering in my culdesac at 11:40pm on 9/8. I am hoping through Ring door bells I can find him…. Anyone in so Encanto- please check your videos for 9/8-9/9 around midnight- thank you!
