I’m looking for 4-5 artists to share a 2,400 SQF studio. It has 9 parking spots, roll up door as well as two other entrances and 5 South facing windows, 1 wall A/C. Only work space, Not Live/work. No smoking. No drugs. Easy access to 101 / 405 / bike lane / la fitness / Costco. $700-875/month About me: I’m a freelance illustrator, art center grad with 15+ years of experience. Thank you, David
