I have aprox 490 square feet of glued down engineered hardwood that has to come up. Experienced floor demo workers only. Must know how to remove the glue and clean the slab without damaging my newly painted walls. Also want to place Red Guard on the slab before any flooring. It is possible that it may come up easily as some boards were separating from the slab and lifting on their own.
