Need a Ride/Escort for Medical Appointment

I have a medical appointment which requires someone be around during and drive me home. My friend who was going to take me just cancelled. I need someone to pick me up from my place in Citrus Heights at 12pm on Sep 20th and take me to the appointment in Sacramento (about a 20 minute drive). While there I just need you to wait out in the lobby until it’s over (probably about 2 hours but potentially up to 4). You can do whatever you want during this time. After it’s over I just need a ride back home and that’s it. About me: I’m a 28 year old guy. Professional and have my own place and car but will get some medication at the doctors so legally I won’t be able to drive afterwards which is why I’m asking. If you’re interested please tell me a little about yourself and let me know if you have any questions. Mostly I’m just looking for someone who is reliable and won’t cancel last minute. Note: If you are willing to stay for the appointment but don’t feel comfortable driving me to/from home for whatever reason I’d be open to that for $40 and I’d just uber to and from there.
