Hello, Our little girl Clara was scared by the recent explosion sound on the evening of Sep 8th, and jumped off our 3rd story apartment balcony. She is not wearing a collar, but is microchipped. She and her sister were part of the Tag and Release program originally, so her left ear tip had been cut before we adopted her. She is shy, and has very big eyes.
