Description
We are looking for a very dependable person that MUST have own transportation. Must have a DL. Duties will include punching out the new house, fences, landscaping, siding repairs, job site clean up, material delivery and anything and everything to have the homes move in ready. Will be doing different tasks every day. Will train the right person if needed. We have a very low turnover and want someone for a long time permanent position. We are primarily on the Peninsula but build in all the seven cities. Serious inquiries only. Please send prior work experience of resume if you have one and desired hourly rate to start.
