Saw off some shrub stumps

I’m looking for someone to come here and bring their own chainsaw(I don’t have one) and cut 5 shrub stumps. Right now they’re cut down part of the way. See the sample picture of two of the stumps. I would like them cut as low as possible, so I can cover them with mulch.
