Does anyone know how to get the flashing amber ink carriage light to turn off? I've hooked the printer up using a USB cable and my computer recognizes the printer. But the flashing amber light won't turn off; I've removed the ink cartridges and carried out a hard reset, but it doesn't seem to work.
