Description
Men in Kilts Denver is recruiting enthusiastic individuals that want to get into a company at the ground floor. We are an exciting startup company looking for someone who wants to gain skills as a technician and pick up part-time hours or even grow with us and move into a franchise managerial role. The sky is the limit! The Brand: In 2002 a Vancouver based Scotsman fashioned a hand-sewn kilt to put a friendly visual on his otherwise faceless window cleaning company. The locals quickly welcomed their new, friendly, neighborhood Men In Kilts! Today the Kilt is the hallmark of our friendly, professional service. The Job: Men In Kilts provides window and exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial customers. Our service offerings include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and house washing. We aim to do much of the work from the ground; however, we do use ladders, so being comfortable with heights is a must. And yes, we do wear kilts, which along with dependability, outstanding customer service and flawless execution, defines our brand. The Pay: Starting hourly wage of $18/hr + tips and commission We compensate our technicians through a revenue-sharing model where the harder you work, the more you make, while delivering exceptional service and making people smile. Your drive, work ethic and results will determine how much you make. You: Love picking up extra hours working outside! Or for those looking for a career, we have an exciting opportunity for leaders who want to grow with us. You will enter our Apprentice Program where we will train you to master the trade as well as how to run your own crew, manage a business and potentially even graduate to franchise ownership.
