Event On-Site Support and Customer Service Dates needed: 9/21, 9/22, 9/23. 9/24 Job Description Looking for a positive individual to help on-site at an event in Colorado Springs. You will work alongside event organizers and ShareMy.Health Staff helping people register properly on the ShareMy.Health system to get their ‘Health Passport’ into the event. You will be expected to represent our brand with the highest quality, professionalism, and customer service. This is a contract position. Salary Range $15-$20 per hour Duties and Responsibilities Interact with the ShareMy.Health system while helping people properly register their health credentials for access into the event and venue. Health credentials include vaccine records, COVID-19 negative test results, and/or responding to health surveys. Occasionally working under the direction of a licensed Nurse Practitioner to observe and make sure people self-administer COVID-19 Rapid-Antigen Tests. (No medical training skills required) Skills and Qualifications Proficiency interacting with mobile and web applications Proficiency with Google Suite applications like Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc. Customer Service Experience preferred Any medical assistant training or experience a plus – but not required
