These positions require a minimum of three years of roofing experience in all types of roofing and offer on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. Successful candidates must be: *Willing to work hard. These positions require strenuous physical labor frequently requiring you to climb, bend, kneel and repetitively lift 80-90 pounds. *Comfortable climbing ladders and working on high steep roofs in all weather conditions. *Reliable and highly motivated. *Safety minded.
