KBC Management, Inc, a property management company, has a part time cleaning position or a full time cleaning position available. Portfolio includes classic properties located in Portland's close-in neighborhoods. CLEANING: Experience in professional cleaning or janitorial settings, detail oriented, able to lift approximately 50 lbs and climb stairs. The position entails cleaning vacant apartments before they are rented. Your schedule will be set weekly. There are options for flexibility in the schedule. QUALIFICATIONS: * Reliable transportation with proof of insurance * Valid driver’s license * Own basic maintenance and cleaning tools * Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. * Basic computer skills and able to work with mobile apps * Takes pride in performance * Detail oriented * Time management skills * Pass background check Benefits include competitive wage, Health Insurance, PTO, paid holidays and Retirement plan.
