Total Cleaning and Renovation Services is a fast-growing business serving apartment complexes in Texas and Georgia. The main business is focused on cleaning, painting and related services of offices, common areas and departments. Porter Responsibilities Walk the grounds and common outdoor areas every day, removing trash and debris from lawns, planting lawns, cleaning garage / parking areas, sidewalks, and other spaces as required by the property. Empty all trash cans. Tasks may include using a pressure washer, cleaning the pool, grill, and assisting members of the maintenance team as needed. Skills Ability to stand and walk for long periods. Ability to lift and move more than 50 pounds Knowledge of repair and general maintenance service. Ability to work in high temperature conditions for prolonged periods Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Transportation Must have reliable transportation Type of work: 36 hours per week (includes 3 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday morning)
