Earn GREAT money! We are looking to fill multiple positions: • Untrained but willing to learn; do you have an aptitude for tools and problem solving. WE WILL TRAIN YOU. • Skilled plumber with at least 2-3 years' experience; are you a plumber that wants to work for a company that cares about you? • Supervisor: 10+ years of experience, knowledgeable, willing to help train new tech, do estimates and NOT do the hot and heavy work ;) All candidates need possess a positive personalities, know how to interact well with clients, and be able to manage equipment. High integrity and trustworthiness are key qualities. We pride ourselves by maintaining honest communication and working for a fair price. We value family and personal time; some after hours and weekends are a must, but on call days/times are scheduled in advance to allow for planning events and having enough time off to live life. Your company vehicle stays with you, so you start your day from home (not required to get to an office/shop to pick up truck each day). Company will provide shirts and hats, you provide pants and shoes. Job Categories: An Apprentice Applicant should be comfortable using basic tools, be willing to dig and clean up job sights WHILE getting paid to learn plumbing skills. A Skilled Plumber Applicant must be capable of diagnosing problems and creating solutions. Can you handle a job from start to finish? Do basic plumbing work? Then apply for the skilled plumber position. Can you handle a job from start to finish, including quoting prices to the customer and completing paperless invoicing, via a phone app. Anyone applying for the supervisor position should have loads of experience and knowledge of IPC and UPC Code. Be comfortable training newer plumbers and be exceptional at handling difficult customers. Qualifications: Do you have a valid driver’s license with no major citations? Can you pass a background check? Are you able to lift at least 50 pounds? You will need to have the ability to maneuver and lift water heaters, handle large ladders, climb in and out of attics, do trench digging, and handle large sewer machines. Personal tools are a plus, but not required. Skilled Plumbers should have their own basic tools.
