WE are a large property management company that specializes in manufactured housing communities. We are looking for experienced on-site maintenance personnel. Compensation includes hourly wage and 3+2 mobile home (employee is responsible for utilities) Qualifications include: Strong work ethic General knowledge of plumbing, gas, electric General maintenance skills Requirement: Valid CA drivers license, registered vehicle and auto insurance Able to read and speak English Must be able to live in employer provided housing Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
