As a technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient performance of home & light services. You will also cultivate new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work. Exemplifying our code of values, you establish and maintain professional working relationships with respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. Pressure Washer Duties and Responsibilities: ● Check equipment to ensure that it is working properly and there is adequate water and wash supply ● Operate pressure washing machinery and other tools to clean surfaces ● Inspect surface area after the washing to ensure it is clear of dirt and debris ● Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment properly ● Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury Pressure Washer Requirements and Qualifications: ● Current Drivers License, ability to drive a vehicle, and run machinery ● Professional appearance, self-motivated, goal-oriented ● High school diploma or equivalent ● Ability to work outside in all weather conditions typical of NC ● No industry experience necessary (on the job training) ● Excellent interpersonal, time management and communication skills. ● Excellent attention to detail, logical thinking, problem-solving abilities ● Must be comfortable working with ladders, heights, roofs, and chemicals ● Able to climb, balance, stand extended periods, lift at least 35 pounds, and carry ladders safely Services we offer: ● House/building wash ● Flat surface cleaning (driveways, walkways, pool decks) ● Wood restoration ● Wood staining ● Gutter cleaning ● Holiday light installation Benefits: ● Bonuses and Incentive Programs ● Paid Time Off (10 days total for paid sick leave, vacation, etc.) ● Worker’s Compensation ● Overtime available ● Lunch provided daily If you fit these qualifications and are ready to join a fast growing team, please email your resume to [email protected].
