Driver's License (Preferred) Job Title: Crew Foreman Job Description: The crew foreman will take lead over a team of 3-4. This person must be a good influence and set an example to be followed. They should be impartial to all team members. The foreman will efficiently accomplish all jobs in a timely manner. This person will be respectful, versatile, and punctual. They must be able to follow through on all task with hassle. This person must be willing to travel on a weekly basis. We are looking for someone to go the extra mile and take initiative without being asked. Job Requirements: Transmit management policies to workers Keep Management informed of work-progress Show proof of a clean driving record Must be able to drive a truck with a trailer attached Preform vehicle inspections daily Show basic knowledge of all tools Experience managing a team Time management skills Take initiative Follow all rules Devise ways to minimize waste and scrap Instruct and train workers of the proper policies and procedures for the job Maintain neat, clean, and safe working conditions Make sure all material is available for the work Be able to delegate tasks to team members Keep abreast with modern developments in field of work Must have own tools Pay starts at $52,000.00 + per year Full-Time 8-12 hour shifts Monday to Friday
