Description
We are looking for an experienced maintenance supervisor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to work at a large multi-family apartment community.
Full rent credit: $1700 for spacious 3bedroom, 2 bath
Monthly Cash Salary: $2200.00 monthly in exchange for 40hrs a week
Monthly Reimbursements: $50. Cell phone & $50. Gasoline
The following skills and experience are required and/or strongly REQUIRED:
*Experience managing staff in a positive, professional and efficient way
*Represent the apartment complex in a positive and professional manner at all times.
*Support Community Manager's efforts to assure that the company's efforts fully meet and exceed
property management obligations.
*Have at least 3 yrs apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
*Be willing and able to paint/clean/repair apartments at turnover or oversee vendors, if necessary.
*Must be able to push/pull 70 lbs.
*Change out lighting, plumbing, electrical outlets, and install appliances on turns.
*Have a strong work ethic and be able to work unsupervised to meet deadlines and goals when
necessary.
*Handle any requests on an immediate on-call basis.
*Maintain exceptional curb appeal by picking up the grounds twice daily.
*As this position involves a lot of interaction with residents, vendors, and staff. A positive and friendly
attitude is strongly preferred.
* Alert supervisor of any potential liabilities or repairs. Identify property problems and
repairs needed in the areas of structural, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
*Follow confidentiality guidelines for all residents, property, owner, and management
company information at all times.
