Responsibilities include, but not limited to: •Must have experience to perform a diagnostics (using diagnostic equipment) and general repairs on all makes and models of vehicles. •Must the ability to complete a full, accurate, and honest inspections on customer's vehicle. •Must be able to give a thorough assessment of concerns and be able to provide a detailed estimate of necessary repairs. •Must have the ability to communicate and work well with the advisors. •Must maintain professionalism in attitude and in appearance. •Must keep work area neat and clean. •Must be a team player and willing to follow instruction. •Must be able to pay attention to details. •Must be able to review any TSB's and service recommendations on customer's vehicle. •ASEs are not required but are they a must/requirement within 90 days of hire date. (We will provide the training and reimburse if tests are passed).
