I was walking along Rosedale and ended up in conversation with a homeless guy [white male, glasses, approx 5’7] I had seen earlier asking for a ride. He soon after willingly divulged that he had a stolen laptop and cell phone that he was looking to “reset” and asked if I knew how. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, but I wanted to share this in case it could help anyone about to lose their life’s worth of data.
