$15.25 to 15.75 Cross Dock General Labor Duties  Inbound - Offload freight and consolidate (break down/separate by Distribution Center #) manual off loading using manual pallet jack. Most of the freight is palletized, although we also have floor loads.  Inbound - Sort and palletized mixed freight using small conveyor, average weight is 25-35 lbs  No reworking of freight, no ticketing, no labeling, no packaging.  General clean up  Transporting pallets/freight via manual pallet jack to the outbound lanes (as needed this is mainly done by the forklift operator)  Outbound – Loading high and tight, assisting FL operator fill in any gaps of trailer being loaded. Checker/RF Scanner Duties  Scan inbound freight and cross reference with VUR (vehicle unloading report) making sure that what is being offloaded matches the paperwork and noting any discrepancies  Counting and verifying freight  All, of the General Labor duties as needed Forklift Operators  Only Sit-Down Forklift equipment is used. Regular Forks, Clamp attachment, and Slip-Sheet attachment. Majority of the equipment is Clamp FL we have about 16-17 Sit-down Clamp, 2-3 Forks, and 2-3 Slip-Sheet  Cross dock is not done directly, they are either in the outbound area or outbound. Will be cross trained.  Inbound - Offloading freight and transporting to the outbound lanes according to DC #  Outbound - Loading freight that is in the assigned doors/lanes, also picking up freight that is in the outbound lanes ready to be loaded  All, of the General Labor duties as needed San Bernardino facility is a cross dock operations, no reworking or storage of freight. NRT San Bernardino is a consolidator for Target, all freight will vary in size and weight average of 5-35 lbs. Target provides routing to NRT 48 hours in advance. All freight is offloaded, consolidated, and loaded within a 48-hour timeframe from when a truck/trailer is received/checked in by office staff. It is a fast pace environment. We normally work holidays just as Target would. All positions are temp to hire or long term through agency contingent on work performance and attendance.
