Description

First Fidelity has a rental property on 11225 S. Stewart, Chicago that has a non-paying tenant who is in eviction. We have reason to believe the property is vacant, and we are looking for someone to verify its vacant status, and possibly perform a rekey (if it is actually vacant) and a clean out of the property (if it is vacant and has trash/debris).
