Remove car tire

I have a 2012 BMW 5 series with a flat tire. I am unable to remove the tire. I need someone with tools to remove the tire. The nuts might be stripped/warn. I need the tire removed ASAP. Within the next 2 hours. I’ll pay $50 cash. It should be about 15 minutes if work. Need jack and tools to take off tire. Need someone with experience that can take the tire off quickly.
