Last week on Wednesday morning, two sweet (intact) boys showed up on my property off Aguanga Ranchos rd. One had a collar the other did not. They look like brothers. They stayed all day and then tried to follow me out to the road (79). I flagged a neighbor down to ask if they knew the dogs. They did not. They ended up following the neighbor back onto the ranch. On Saturday evening (9/4) one of the brothers (that was wearing the collar) showed up again but this time without his collar and alone. He stayed over Sat evening, slept outside, and hung out all day Sunday. I went to town for a few hours on Sunday he was there when I returned. We gave him water and shade and food. In the end I made the decision to bring him with us home as there was smoke and it was hot and he had had every opportunity to go home and he stayed. I could not leave him in good conscience. He is safe and loved and well taken care of. I live in Oceanside and get out to Aguanga a couple times each week. Please call me if this is your boy. I only have the one. I can bring him back out any evening this weekend or early next week.
