Hello! Our company is looking for a reliable contractor with property preservation experience to join our team in Chicagoland. JD Wicks Co is a Midwest company with an excellent reputation for treating our contractors the right way. We pay all orders IN FULL within 72 hours of work order completion- which means no more waiting 30 or 45 days to be paid. We also understand the challenges of difficult areas and industry requirements, and we work to ensure that anyone we partner with is profitable by paying fair amounts for work completed. We are looking for experienced contractors who have worked in the property preservation field and are familiar with lock changes/initial secures, winterizations, bidding for conveyance, exterior maintenance and general contracting work, etc. Experience with PPW (property preservation wizard) is also greatly preferred. We have recently branched out into rental turns work with a new client as well. Contractor must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within a set coverage area. Contractor must be able to cover the Chicagoland area, ideally covering much of Cook, Dupage, and Will County. Travel outside of determined coverage area may be further compensated.
