Position Summary As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for simple maintenance and repair of DACCO facilities by completing the following: Complete routine building and grounds maintenance to include painting, basic masonry, changing locks, and replacing A/C filters, light bulbs, batteries, etc. Estimate hours needed for projects and maintain time and production records and repair logs to ensure satisfactory results Monitor inventory and safekeeping standards for all tools and equipment Ensure adherence to and enforce safety regulations Assist with coordination of major repairs by outside services Actively respond to any emergency maintenance calls for all facilities Schedule This is a full-time position with regular hours 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Local travel in agency vehicle required. Occasional on-call required for special projects.
