Landscape Worker Position A prominent builder/developer in the Culver City area is seeking a reliable, trustworthy and energetic person who is a team player to fill our Landscape Worker position. Our landscape operation standard is not as a "mow, blow and go" crew, so if that is your expectation please do not apply. We care about our landscaping and want employees who take pride in their work and care about the landscape material care as well. This position requires a dependable employee who is professional in demeanor and willing to be challenged on all areas of landscape care that includes but is not limited to artful pruning, hand weeding, equipment operation, fertilization, irrigation repair and pest control. Hours of work are Monday thru Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm, and possibly weekends. Physical demands of the position involve standing, walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting and other typical landscape maintenance actions. We prefer applicants with at least two (2) years of hands on landscape maintenance related experience. Must have legal right to work in the United States and must be able to pass a background check. This is a full time, permanent position. There will be a probation period of 90 days. During that probation period and onward you will be judged on: • Proper quality of work. • Ability to work well individually and as a team with others. • Positive attitude and ability to take direction. • Attendance. • Understanding and practice of safety in all manners of work.
