Anybody have any ideas about changing our Car Insurance Laws? I would like some suggestions on how to get people who have no car insurance who are at fault for a car accident how to make them pay for the accidents the ones they are at fault? Now I don't know how to get the thing on the ballot but I would like to try because what we have now in California isn't working.
