Description
A few days ago I was out on a run and witnessed two men beating this poor dog with a stick.
I raced to shoo the two men away that were beating her and instead of running away like any normal dog would, she followed me all the way back home.
She didn’t have a collar on and I took her in to scan for a microchip and it came back with no results so I knew she was a stray.
I gave her some food and some water and sent her back outside to open my door in the morning to her again sitting at the front door.
I am currently living with my friend with my two small children due to fleeing a domestic violence situation.
My friends complex has a strict HOA policy that doesn’t allow pets and i am not allowed to keep her because she won’t allow it anyways.
I have been feeding and housing her for about a week now but the landlord just found out about it and is threatening to kick my friend and us out if I can’t find a home for her.
She is very good with children, not so much cats and gets along well with Male dogs only. She is about a year old and very sweet and deserves a loving family.
She does have a small Rehoming fee to ensure she receives a good placement.
I’d really like for her to go to a home with kids if possible because of the bond she had with my small children (ages 1 and 2) but if not she would make a great addition to any family who’s willing to give her the love she desperately deserves.
She is an Australian Shepard/ Husky/ German Shepard mix from what the vet described. She is roughly a year old. She is not fixed and has gotten all shots. She is Not microchipped.
If you can give this sweet girl a loving home and save our family from being homeless I’d so much appreciate it :( I tried to do the best I could to help her but it’s only leaving us in jeopardy.
Please help. Thank you!
Her name is Luna.
