Since 1971, Kleenco Corporation has provided facilities maintenance services to leading businesses in Hawaii.  We provide comprehensive commercial building maintenance and cleaning services, including daily janitorial, carpet cleaning, floor stripping and coating, pressure washing, window cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and building maintenance and repairs. Kleenco Janitors are responsible for servicing various clients throughout the Island. Customer properties include individual office suites, larger professional buildings, education, medical facilities, financial institutions, vehicles, etc. Locations are primarily in the Kahului area. Our Janitors are a direct representation of the company to our clients and are instrumental in helping clients maintain a positive and clean environment for their employees and customers. Bottom Line:A Kleenco Janitor is an essential member of our Operations team. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, hardworking, self-motivated, professional, and have high standards for customer satisfaction and problem-solving. What’s expected of you: Flexibility to work up to 20 hours per week on nights and weekends based on need. Must be consistently reliable, efficient, and have a high commitment to service excellence. Ability to reliably get to and from client location. Arm and disarm alarm systems. Essential knowledge, skills, and abilities: Janitorial or housekeeping experience is preferred. Must be able to work efficiently and follow specific directions. Possess clear and effective communication skills. Basic English proficiency is necessary. Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills. Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail. Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Must be able to: Comfortably lift 25 lbs. Walk, stand, push, pull, reach, stoop, stretch, bend, wipe, mop, and vacuum frequently for long periods of time (up to 4 – 8 hours). Work nights and weekends  Apply at the page.
