Requiring a property scout to drive by, record and describe on the properties that they have driven by. Address list to be provided upon confirmation. Previous experience with real estate preferred. 1) Drive to a max of 30 addresses over a span of 3 days. 2) Start recording the video of the neighborhood when arriving at the property. 3) Stop on the road next to the property. 4) Record the property from inside the car. Zoom towards the roof, siding, windows, and foundation. Zoom towards any observable defects of the property. 5) While recording, describe the neighborhood and the property with what you have observed. 6) Stop the recording and drive to the next property. All gas will be covered via receipt reimbursement. An example of the result will be provided upon your engagement.
