Completing inspections on HUD properties at multiple locations per day. initial acquisitions requires systems testing… no electrical or plumbing license is required but should have basic knowledge  Routine inspections Property inspections,Winterization Initial yard Maintenance,Grass cuts  Clean outs,Initial cleaning Must have their own transportation the ability to drive with a trailer would be great. Also all of our work orders are completed on a mobile app with Photo documentation They would be treated as a 1099 independent contractor. Were starting around 2000-2400$/month. It can be negotiated depending the applicants skills & capabilities and our volumes which are very hard to gauge right now because when the moratorium for foreclosures is lifted we may get very busy but we’re slow and steady at the moment
